Ah, Spring!

Today, May 1st 2014 finally felt like Spring here in Idaho!
It snowed last week.
It's been windy.
And everything is still dead.
And I've missed the sun.

Today the weather was PERFECT! We spent all day outside playing and getting our first sunburns.

My littles LOVE outside.
They love riding bikes.
They love the dirt.
Lincoln loves his sunnies
And Winston loves stepping on bees

Easter 2014

We had a great Easter Weekend this year!

We went to Utah Thursday - Saturday because James had a last minute work appointment he needed to take care of. So we loaded in the car and went with him.

We love spending time with family - especially over holidays. We were sad we had to be back in Idaho for Sunday, but grateful we had even a few days with family.

On the way down we dropped James off ... in the middle of no where ... so he could meet with some clients. That left us to try to find something to do in one of the smallest towns in Idaho. We did find an Elementary School and it had quite the playground. This slide was unbelievable!

While in Utah we got to go to a wonderful Easter Egg hunt, dye Easter Eggs with Kelli and her family and play then play with all the Wright's. We sure love family time!

We were sad to leave Utah late Saturday night. But we still had a great Easter Sunday here in Idaho. Lincoln was able to sing with the Primary during Sacrament meeting. The Primary sang, He Sent His Son, and I Stand All Amazed. He was so cute standing up on the stage with his head resting on the podium.

I like to say that we have 2 Easter Bunnies that come to our house. The first bunny fills the eggs with candy and goodies and gets the baskets all arranged perfectly and then goes on her merry way. Then early in the morning the male Bunny comes and hides all those baskets that were arranged so perfectly and (for instance) shoves them into the dryer so you have to find your basket in the morning :) The kids loved finding the baskets - and I was surprised when I found them hiding in random places in the house

Winn got new sippy cups :)

Linc and Winn got Butterfly nets
and Linc got Sunnies :)

The last of Charlotte

Here are all the random photos I have from our 2 week visit to Charlotte.
We miss being with Grandma and Grandpa and we can't wait to visit this summer!

Lincoln craved being by his grandparents...
he loved helping g'pa and g'ma with their missionary work.
You could always find Lincoln next to them!

Grandpa and horsey rides

One Sunday my parents spoke at a Stake Conference and we tagged along.
They spoke at one of the College Campus' .. it was gorgeous
And of course the boys couldn't make it the entire time...so we spend most of the time exploring outside
My dad, being the best missionary

can I just say ...
This is my favorite place to eat when we visit!
And can I add...
We saw Emily Maynard (from the Bachelorette) there!
Yes, I saw her...with my own two eyes...and I had enough self control not to go up to her and get a picture with her.
I had high hopes I would be her BFF ... but I figured i'd come off more of a stalker than a friend so I left her alone :)

Best Grandma award goes to this lady!
She loves to spin..and she loves carousals.. which means she took my boys on it for me!

The night before the boys and I left my parents took Kelli and I out to dinner.
While we were sitting Kelli noticed my mom's name badge...
President Craven :)

Night Time tickle bug with Lincoln

And home we went.
We were so sad to leave, but anxious to see Daddy and hear about his adventures in Brazil with his parents!
