Easter 2011

I have some much to blog about that I don't even know where to start.

So i'll skip what our little family did a few months ago and go straight to Easter.

We had such a great Easter!

It was extra special because it was Lincoln's first Easter.

A few weeks before Easter, Lincoln had his first Easter Egg hunt with our ward.

Unfortunatliy I had to Math final -

(Which I passed - goodbye math for ever!)

But James was able to take him.

I kept telling James how important it was that he took pictures of Lincoln because I had to have Lincoln's FIRST Easter Egg hunt Documented. 

So - here are the pictures.  If you know my hubby - you know how funny these pictures are.

It makes me laugh just thinking about James positioning Lincoln in all these pictures. haha

We also had a great Easter party at my parents house.

The kids had a great little Easter Egg hunt. 

Lincoln loved his Easter bag more than the eggs.

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!

So did a egg scavenger hunt around Centerville and Bountiful.

And me and James won! woohoo! Champs 2 years in a row!

Easter Morning was fun at our house.

I woke up to the Baskets missing.  The "male" Easter bunny hid them. That is one tradition I am not used to! But luckily there aren't  a lot of hiding spots in our house so they were easy to find.

I made yummy eggs on toast.

Needless to say, I ate a lot of it!

Then we headed to church!

quick family update

I have SO much to blog about! So much has happened (okay not really) but I have tons of pictures I want to post - BUT I have to purchase more storage for the blog and I haven't gotten around to it. So just you wait - because once I do - there will be so many posts you won't know what to do with yourself!

But in case you were wondering, here is a quick update on our little family:


Lincoln is crawling (as of the first week of April), pulling himself up on EVERYTHING, getting into EVERYTHING and thinks he knows how to walk. (he obviously doesn't - he has the bruises to prove it) but he loves to try to stand by himself - that little dare devil.

Lincoln is SO much fun! He has the greatest little personality. He isn't afraid of strangers. He'll crawl to anyone. He loves to smile and always has a smile on his face. He is such a great little boy and we are truly blessed to have him in our family.

James is still working hard to Ameriaprise Financial and loving it. His latest hobby/interest in GOLF. He can't seem to get enough of it! He's in the process of building a deck in our back yard which is starting to look awesome! James can't wait for Summer to enjoy boating season, racing, golf and tennis.

I am busy being a house wife/student. I finished up my semester last week. I am happy to announce I passed both of my Statistics classes! I am 100% done with math - i NEVER have to take math EVER again! (for those of you who know me - this is BIG accomplishment - almost as big as graduating :) ) I start my next semester next week, on May 9th. I have a terrible schedule of MWF 9-3. Which means lots of babysitters for Lincoln. I can't wait to graduate. I have one more year left and i'm just trying my hardest to get done as fast as I can.

Tomorrow we are heading down to St. George for a few days! I AM SO EXCITED! It will be so nice to get away before I start school again. I hope Lincoln enjoys the drive - it's our first road trip/trip as a family.
