My Little Sitter

We had such a nice and relaxing weekend.

We enjoyed General Conference in the comfort in our home.

It was weird to think that last Conference, in October, Lincoln was only 2 weeks old.
And now he's 6 and a half weeks! ek!

When the opening song was being sung in the Saturday Afternoon Session

I was just finishing up some emails when I stopped to look at Lincoln.

He's been doing this 'lean and sit' for a couple of weeks now.

Well, as I was watching him, he suddenly moved his arm that was supporting him and sat up and continued playing with his toy!

I was seriously speachless!

I was completely amazed!

My little man sat up all by himself!
And he'll stay sitting up!

He could sit up with our help- we'd get him in the position and have to be right by him to keep him from falling over.

YAY!

Saturday night during the Priesthood session
the girls: mom, kelli, tara, melissa, and lex

all got together for some yummy dinner at the Bluelemon.

If you haven't eaten there, you must! it was so yummy.

Anyways - Lincoln had another milestone

He stay in the big boy high chair and loved it!

I just can't get over how fast my little guy has grown up.

Seriously - when he hit 6 months (2 weeks ago)

He hit so many milestones!

Here is a video of Lincoln crawling/scooting/cheating :)
He makes me laugh so hard. He's been pulling his knees up then he'll drop his body and scoot. This video is really the first time he's done like 3 crawl steps! So proud of my little guy. Any day now he'll hopefully be really crawling. But at least he's still getting around doing it his way!

He growing up way too fast for me.

But I have to admit

I'm Loving It!

The Dinosaur Museum

We have had such a great couple of weeks!
Jana and her kids were in town and we played non stop!
We had lots of play dates, went shopping, eat lots, hot tubbed, had sleep overs, movie nights, sick days, and many adventures.

Since we did so much - here is the post about the Dinosaur Museum.

On Wednesday the girls and the kids came down to Lehi so we could go to the Dinosaur Museum.  Kaid loves dinosaurs so this was a must!

Jayci on the other hand didn't like it. She was scared of the BIG Dinosaurs. My mom tried to tell her that they aren't real and that they won't hurt her. Jayci replied by saying, "oh, so they are just fossils? Did you know fossils are like bones?" Seriously, what 4 year old says that?!

After a couple hours at the Museum we walked over the Thanksgiving Point's deli. Yummy! As we were eating lunch I randomly looked up and guess who walked past us?! Just guess...okay, you may not be able to guess unless you read it on Jana's Facebook Status.  Michele...crazy Michele from the Bachelor!! She was meeting some guys for lunch..go figure.  We all walked past the window where we could see her multiple times. Even though she's crazy - it was still fun seeing her! Oh, and she's super skinny! Jana didn't think it was her because of how skinny she was - well folks, she's lost weight!

Anyways - after the Museum we went to Gardner Village. It was SO nice! The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed walked around with the kids and enjoyed doing a little window shopping. I cannot wait to Spring is here to stay. (boo for snow tomorrow)
